Recomendations for selling a Freedom 45 CC

We would love to get any input from our savvy Freedom owners and friends.
My husband has owned our amazing Freedom 45 CC for more then 10years, the last 3.5 have been cruising the South Pacific where she has proven herself to outshine other boats her size. We are usually the chosen boat for get together because of how roomy she is. (unless there is a cat in the area, hahaha) When sailing in a group, we usually are the first one to arrive at our destination, wow they are fast for a cruising boat. We unfortunately have to sell our amazing boat and would like your recommendations on doing this. She is listed here, Cruising Forum, Yacht World and several other sites. We think her photos are realistic and she is looking great with loads of extra's. What do you recommend to get the attention she needs to get her sold. Currently she is in New Zealand, the gateway to what we consider one of the best cruising grounds in the world with a short passage to Fiji, Tonga, New Caledonia, Vanuatu not to mention the amazing country of NZ. Any suggestions are welcome! Thank you!
