F35 Holding Tank

Postby Camino » Sat Sep 16, 2017 6:10 pm

I think I'm having trouble pumping out my holding tank on my F35 P. - first couple of times I pumped out all seemed good. Last time nothing really pumped - I motored over to a second pump out and same thing - I can hear a hiss sound from the vent but nothing is pumping out - if it is a vent such as the tank being too full and moving up into the vent - is there an "easy" solution? :D Access is terrible - tiny hatch in back of stbd lazarett

Thanks

Our pipes route through and onto the wall of the wet locker of the shower room. All the turns with vents seem to be there. Going out to dinner, will check back here later.

As an obvious check, threw clean water into the holding tank via the pump out port. Then sucked it all back out. No issues to date. However, we don't use the toilet much at all. I do know if the holding tank is full, it will spill out exiting on the starboard side.
