Adding opening portholes to a F21

I have a Freedom 21 with the 'wraparound windshield' look (non-opening portholes with tinted plexiglass). I'd like to remove the plexiglass (polycarbonate?) and install opening portholes. Has anyone done this, or can anyone direct me to a resource?

I'm also interested to know if this is possible.

I also want to replace the hatch, any ideas where to get one of the same size?
