F-30 Puddle aft of fuel tank

I am completing installation of my new fuel tank from RDS (matches the original) under the aft bunk.

Although water ( source undetermined as yet; I think from the incomplete radar mast) from the stern drains under the tank to the bilge there is a puddle about an inch deep under the aft end of the tank and extending about 8" toward the stern.

I'm thinking of filling the low spot with epoxy filler so it drains.

Any comments appreciated.
