If someone can explain how any of these devices actually DRY the air, I would be very interested. From what I can see, all they do is warm the air. The only thing that accomplishes this is a dehumidifier.
The unit that I now use is the Dry-Pal made by MerMaid http://www.mmair.com/marine_division/dehumidifiers. Ebac also makes marine units, but the MedMaid is more compact.

I know what you mean! I am buying into this description from one of the companies.
