I typically use 4000 for deck hardware that works under load (cleats, chocks, stoppers, blocks, etc) - because they can loosen or begin to work under load and periodically need to be uninstalled and rebedded/reinstalled. I used 5200 on my deck drains because they do not work under load and should not need to be replaced or reinstalled. One caveat - you need to be sure to prevent water from entering and freezing over winter if you store up north - as a cracked elbow will necessitate removal and replacement.
