dropping rudder

Hello.

My freedom 30's shaft is broken (cut off where pss stainless rotor is located) and need to replace it.
So guess I need to drop the rudder to do this. I've never done this before but seems this is doable by myself.
Looking for any instructions or advice I need to know.
