While the diesel not highly complex, I have always had sailboats ...none with motors. Learning.
I appreciate all the help.

Gerald, our freedom 28 is currently residing on Anna Maria Island.
So far our range has been St Pstersburg to Sarasota.

My brother's mastless 40 is there as well. There are lots of Freedoms in Florida. My brother has been lookng at the other F40s around. I think he has seen six in the Keys and west coast of FL alone.

volvo penta md 7a exhaust water flow returns!

The diesel mechanic got pump set. The theory appears both the impeller on the salt water pump and the impeller on the coulant with the seal between failed. Rebuilt, the water flows and coolant belongs in its place.

Sat wife felt winds were more than designed. Wind gage for my birthday. 25-27mph with prolonged 30 mph gust. She didnt fall for my proving it was only blowing 2-4 mph behind a tree behind the three story house where my boat is residing.

Sunday a nice breeze. Just need the motor for a few minutes to get out of narrow canals. Nice to sail again.

Thanks for recommendations.

Yuloh...still thinking.
