Lazarette lid foam

Post by Ereiss »

Couldn't figure out where to ask this question (not engine or mechanical but. . .) does anyone know a good source for the foam that is around the lazarette lid (also around the lid for the propane tanks)? Mine is shot and I need to replace it.

Thank you for your help.

Ed,

I'm not from the USA, so I can't give you a source. I think what you mean are the foam strips creating a watertight seal around your cockpit locker lids. This is neoprene foam, commonly available in several widths and thicknesses. Sorry I can't be of more help.
