The Sheave on the camber spar barely turns (in fact there are flat spots on it from sliding on the forestay). Other than lubricating the hell out of it, any suggestions? Has anyone replaced the sheave? Any secrets?

Paul Dennis at Warren River Boatworks replaced that sheeve for me. Aluminum instead of nylon i think.
Anyway he is the guru of Camberspars (and most everything else Freedom).
I think he is the only source for Camberspar parts.
