F 30 spinnaker launching bag/turtle

Can anyone provide dimensions or pictures of the spinnaker launching system for a Freedom 30? I'm trying to line up everything I need to get this thing flying, but my boat did not come with the correct bag. Some sailmaker quoted me around $450.00 to build one, does that sound right?
