I had this problem- 2 forestry’s ruined! For years I had a fix involving duct tape but now I pull the forestay forward to the bow pulpit, and also leave more flex in the camberspar fitting so it can adapt to different positions, and it doesn’t seem to be a problem.

The sails are still in my shed! You have the F28 sloop, not the cat ketch? If yes, I’m sure we can work something out. Why don’t we take it out of this forum, to email. I’m Nshellab2 at gmail dot com.

My boat came with two sets of sails but I’ve bought a new set, so I’d be happy to give away a main (with battens) and jib. Fuel tank gauge failed F28 (Mull)

My fuel tank gauge needle isn’t moving. As the Hobbs meter failed years ago, I’m manually logging time on the engine to estimate fuel usage. Aside from banging on the gauge from the outside a few times hoping to dislodge whatever is stuck, I haven’t tried to troubleshoot the gauge. Anyone with exper...
