Re: Freedom Logo
I spent some time making vector images of the logo. It will help to get a better product from a printer. Search online for places that make custom bumper stickers, where you can upload these files and choose all the option you want. I've used https://www.makestickers.com/ in the past and they've com...

F44 vs F39 Debate
I’m considering moving up from my F30 to a larger Freedom Cat Ketch and looking for advice from those who have owned or sailed them. Forgetting about current condition of the boat or price, which would you consider the better boat for cruising: the F44 or the F39 Express? I’d like to compare sailing...

Lake of the Ozarks?
There’s a possibility I may be moving from Puget Sound to St Louis. I initially figured selling my F30 would be the only option, but now I’m considering trucking her to Lake of the Ozarks. Does anyone on the forum have your boat there? Would be very keen to hear any thoughts on pros and cons, areas/...

Re: Eyebrow trim in the Bay Area?
For what it’s worth, I yanked the eyebrow trim off my F30 rather than replace it. I think the boat looks better without it too. It took literally days to get all the silicone off the fiberglass, and I still find spots of it months later. The only thing the eyebrow did on my boat was grow algae and m...

Re: Camber Spar jib Track or no Track
I personally don’t feel like a track would be necessary, at least for how my F30 jib is cut with the camberspar. The forward end of the camberspar is the most forward projection of the luff and rides on the stay. So adjusting the tightness of my halyard also adds downward pressure to the clue and fl...

Mull F30 portlights - Free
I just got finished replacing the 4 large trapezoidal portlights on my Mull F30 with surface mount acrylic. I have the 3 original aluminum-framed fixed ones left in pretty good shape, but had to destroy the opening one over the stove to remove it. If anybody wants them and to keep them out of a land...
