Does any one have the dimensions of the Freedom logo/insignia that would go on the sail of a Freedom 44 or other Freedoms close to that size? I've got the logo and the material, just need to know some dimensions.

Your explanations are very helpful, but I do have a few questions:
1. What do you mean by the insulation is held in place by tension?
2. What are the 'tabs' that you describe as 2 x 2? Having a hard time visualizing these.

Looking for a Freedom 32 (Gary Hoyt design) camber spar for jib. Please let me know if you have one that you would be willing to sell. Short of finding a replacement I would need some drawings and/or pictures to scale that I could use to build a new spar.
