The previous owner of my boat drilled small holes in the ends of the hooks and threaded split rings through them. Still a bit fiddly, but secure.

I had a similar situation on my F25. I used Dow Corning 795 structural silicone, and screws with oversized holes and washers at either end of the unframed Plexiglas windows to hold the curve until the silicone had cured. Hi Lee, The original gauge is a simple mechanical sending unit. You can remove the gauge by unscrewing it and checking to see what's wrong. Mine drains into the bilge. Sometimes a small plunger working the icebox drain works. Other times I've put the end of a small hand pump/bilge pump into the end of the hose and used suction to pull the blockage through.

F30 "passenger capacity"

I am applying for a Canadian MMSI and they require that I submit "passenger capacity" for the vessel. Of course there's nothing in writing to help determine that. What would your opinions be?
