Re: Non skid pattern maintenance

Grey and white is the norm. I have used a product called Sure-Step by Aurora on my nonskid for over ten years. It has very good traction wet or dry, barefoot or shoe. It will change the color of the non-skid the same way that wax will on other surfaces. In CT once a year was enough, in VA twice is m...

Re: Milwaukee Right Angle

I use a Bosch 18V Lithium Drill to raise sails on 39 Express. Specs say 650 in/lbs of torque, one battery will raise both sails twice. Re: What boat projects are you working on?

The winter project of replacing the four fixed portlights on a 39 Express (White Wings) was just completed because one of the materials I used required at least 55 degrees. Usually not a problem in Gloucester VA but this year was not usual in any sense of the word. I used 1/4 plexi held in place wit...

Re: Re-Packing the Rudder

Thanks for the walk-thru with pictures, it is helpfull to see that what I expected to find is infact what I will find. This is a job that I have been putting of for awhile on my 39 Express. Access is more of a problem as over the years space has been traded for creature comforts. Generator where bat...
