Re: Inverter stupid question
FWIW,
I have a F32 and I don't think it was a standard feature. If you have one then it was probably added. I like your thoughts and feel that you are thinking correctly. I am in Galveston Texas. Where are you? Best. Charles

Re: Fist time sailing a Freedom
FWIW I just used the spartite on my F32. There was a small gap and it filled it up well. Haven't had it under load yet. The mast was definitely wallowing around without it. I did not have the original wedges that came with the boat. Kinda messy. cleaned up pretty well with alcohol. I am hoping this ...

Re: Freedom 32 rigging question
That is pretty much what I would do (attach new to old and pull through). Having done that one before, I would make sure I didn't get too big as it might get stuck at the top of the mast and become separated. FWIW,
Do you think it might be the fasteners that are leaking. I believe the hull deck joint has 5200 caulk between and should not leak there. Howver the fasteners might be the issue? Best!

Re: FLOORBOARDS f30
You got it (veneer on ply). Not sure where you are or where to find it locally. It is available from internet sources in sheets. I would save the old piece and cut it to match. It should not be too hard to find. Best.

Re: Rebdding and riveting mast track
Is there a reason not to use stainless screws? It seems like this maybe a better ( more strong) solution. Just a thought. Best.

This may sound silly, one way to help diagnose the issue is to just taste the water. Salty is not from the fridge. Best
