What prop do you have on it? I have a 4HP johnson and it is way better with a sailboat prop on it.

It would be great to see your instructions for future reference.

Mine runs through the starboard locker and drains into the cockpit to drain out the scuppers. Works fine since I trailer sail and mainly drain the bilge after it rains.

I don't recognize those bolts, I don't think my 21 has them. Where are they?

The OD of the pole is 3 inches. Remember there is a liner in the gunmount that will take up some of that space.

This is what they look like inside. It looks like a screw but it's actually a barrel nut. Maybe that is what's confusing you?

Jesse, You shouldn't have to drill anything. This is a pretty common issue. See the following link. Just replace the bolts and barrel nuts. Put some caulk around the top holes and bolt it down. Depending on how much time you want to spend on the repair, you can take the entire rail off and recaulk i...
