anyone interested in selling a jib for a Freedom 35 sloop?

Posted by Louis Spitz (aronella@…>)

I am interested in a jib for my 1994 F 35 sloop.
Would consider roller furling if I could also get the conversion gear to go from camber spar to roller furling. Would also consider a ‘jenny’.
Thanks,

Dennis, cracks were there when I inspected the boat. I was one of the few people making an offer on this boat. Masts were looking average for the Freedom 28 and 33 CK, over 4 years I’ve seen 6-7 boats, all of them had horizontal cracks. These cracks did not show up all season and I’m at a loss as to why now.

Louis - I bought a 1993 F35 a couple years ago. The jib is on a
roller-furling, but I also have the original camber spar jib in a bag.
I don’t have the camber spar, however.

I would be happy to sell the camber spar jib to you. I live in Boston
and can be reached at sitchmo@…

Louis,

I bought my F35 last year and it came equipped for racing, included two
racing genoas. I am a cruiser and very happy with the camber spar
setup, so I’m looking to sell these high-tech racing sails.

Both sails are overlapping, hank-on, and require a traditional setup:
genoa tracks, sheets, and winches. You would also have to use running
back stays. Not sure if that is what you are looking for.
