Nick,
I like your “swing arm” set up for the chart-plotter/ VHF. Where did
you get the swing arm component? Single-handing, whether way out or in
tighter quarters has sometimes been tricky with just my hand held GPS
and the VHS below deck.
Did the electronics have much of an effect on your compass? Thanks.

Hi Peter,
I got the bracket from West Marine. I called them and no longer have
any and are not going to restock. I also searched the web and did not
find a similar design. Closest was a RAM Swing Mount at West Marine
(Swing Mount TO 60LB, WM# 319154, RAM-109V)
