I just looked at an F29 in Chicago. It is priced reasonable for what it
is assuming everything works.
The Broker disclosed that there was some moisture in the deck but that
it was not yet enough to justify repairs.
We found out that the bunks are to short for our family, otherwise I
would have given it a more thorough pre-inspection and evaluated the
moisture issue further.
It look to me like you can buy it below 20k and have it up too snuff at
$25k if the sails are OK.
