The circular strip of what appears to be Teflon that lines the mast partner on
my F25 needs
to be replaced. Does anyone know where I can find one? Or the specs to make one?

No one markets one, but there are lots of folks out there that
market “Teflon Sheet” and you can purchase to build your own. The
last time I bought this kind of thing it was from: Industrial Plastic
Supply in Anaheim, CA. (not an endorsement). If you have your old
Teflon mast partner bearing, you have a pattern for the new one. If
not, remember that this bearing does not have a simple butt joint.
You need to cut matching diagonals on the ends of the bearing sheet. Herm

Herm,
Do you happen to know the thickness of the teflon, by any chance?

The old one I have lying in my scrap pile is about 3/32". I believe
1/8" would work even better, because the old one shows considerable
distortion. Herm

I believe the thickness is 1/8"
I can check the thickness later this week

1/8 seems right to me too. I replaced mine a couple of years ago. Make
sure you get the teflon sheet with one side etched or “bondable.” Then
you can use a spray adhesive to stick it in place.

I wish I had known about the etched/bondable option when I had my
25-footer. At that time I used precision cutting of the diagonal (so
it “jammed” in the slot at the partners), and put thin tape over it
to hold it well enough to insert the mast ( a once a year thing when
living in the North). Herm
