Could you please repost the files? They appear to be corrupted.

I have replaced the files with new scans of the documents. It appears that they’ve been corrupt since they were posted as I went to a backup created on the day that I posted them and they were bad. I find it amazing to see that they’ve been downloaded 386 combined times and no one has ever mentioned this until now!
