I’d be curious to know if anyone has solved the problem of water
leaking into the propane lockers. My hatches have no seals of any
kind.

On our 45, the starboard locker is very susceptible to the drain. It clogs if I don’t flush it very often. Then the seepage into the locker accumulates quickly. I tried a double thick gasket that did work while it lasted, but gave up after a few months. I intend to find a harder rubber gasket material that will keep out the water and be more durable. But at least on our boat, everything is fine as long as the scupper is clear.
