Where is the HIN located on a 1982 Freedom 25? It is not on the transom

If this boat has been repainted, it’s possible that some ignoramus
filled and faired the HID number on the starboard side of the aft
face of the transom. Look for faint traces thereof near the top of
the trnasom. Herm

Does your F25 have a suger acoop transom?
If so it may have been covered. This happened on my F32

Thanks to all of you for helping me find the HIN on my wingmast F25—
–top starboard side of the transom, well hidden by paint, and by the
painted-on name of the boat. Charlie
