I have been looking for a dry older Freedom but there doesn’t seem to
be any left except maybe my own F21.
I guess it is time to tear a few pages out of the “10 best” coffee
table book, because it seems TSP were either cheap, arrogant,
fraudulent or negligent when they failed to seal the balsa core when
cutting through the hull or deck.
It irritates me because they got so many things right and I would like
to get a larger one.
I am trying to buy one and wondering if there is a good one left. I am
ready, my wife is ready, my bank is ready and my slip is big enough
for any Freedom.
Contact me if you are a serious seller of a 32, 33, 36 or 39, my bid
will be based on current market prices. Remember I love my F21 more
than yours, she has been taking care of me for 22 years and she is
dry, and my bilge is clean enough for food storage (Lake Superior
keeps it cold).

I met a couple from North Dakota with a big Freedom (38?) in Port
Superior last year. They had tried to sell their boat the year before
but had no action, so they moved it to Lake Superior. We toured the boat
and it looked in very good shape. Rigged out very nicely. Don’t know if
they are still interested in selling but you might want to contact Port
Superior in Bayfield WI and see if you can find out who owns that boat.
Maybe they are still interested in selling. We have 3 Freedoms in our
marina right next door to Port Superior, but I have only seen one so
far, in their marina.
Where are you at on Lake Superior?
