inspection port for holding tank

Anyone know where I can find an inspection port for my holding tank? I saw one
online at an
outfit called the Tank Depot, for $25.00 but they want $23.00 for shipping.
Anyone know any
other sources?

jg… If I were to get an new holding tank I would certainly install a different size and shape tank and mount it in the bow as the boat rides bow up. The space under the port settee would be much better utilised for other purposes. The very small water tank too for that matter. I always carry another 15 to 20 gallons around and forward of the mast. The very aft quarter berth lockers are also hard to reach and could be used to trim liquids out. I also carry a manual bilge pump mounted on a board complete with hoses and adaptors to empty the holding tank offshore when cruising in the Bahamas where there are no pump out stations and fresh water not readily available. I believe that SeaLand sells one which you could probably get through
Defender. Todd may also make them (West Marine).
