Just purchased Freedom 21

Greetings,

My trophy wife Rachel and I just purchased a Freedom 21. It is being
trucked from Mystic, CT to Stony Point, NY next week for the winter,
then splashed and sailed to Nyack Boat Club in the Spring.

We owned a Pearson 27 for a few years, sold it in 2003, and have
spent the last few years racing one design and cruising sailboats
primarily out of our club (http://www.nyackboatclub.org), and
frostbite our JY15 as much as we can out of Stamford (this year we
are sitting the early frostbite season out, Rachel recovering from a
broken leg and me recovering from severe tendonitis from too many
capsizes in a Laser while the wind was honking on July 4th).

We purchased the F21 as just a fun boat we can take out on the Hudson
without a lot of set-up, and without mortgaging our home.

How do determine the hull number? I have the registration number off
of the stern, is is in the mish-mash of numbers?

transom)
EXAMPLE my HIN: TSP21295M84J
TSP STANDS FOR TILLOTSON-PEARSON
21295 STANDS FOR F-21, HULL NUMBER 295

84 STANDS FOR 1984)
J STANDS FOR THE MODEL YEAR
