Do anyone have a sounce where to purchase such a thing? I need to
replace my leather, 36 in wheel.

Edson sells kits, probably not the
cheapest but good quality. Available from them or West Marine.

West Marine carries them. Item #112433 for a 29" to 40" wheel. List is $124.99. If you belong to Port Supply, the price is even lower.
