Price differentials between 1994 and 1995 Freedom 35s

Posted by bkuether (bkuether@…>)

My search for the perfect 4 person family boat continues, and is
pretty much narrowed down to a Freedom 35 or 38.

I have noticed that the '94 versions of the 35s are sitting in the 97-
109 range, while the '95s are significantly more. (120+)

Was there a change in the model over that time period?

Thanks so much,

At some point they switched from using aluminum ports and hatches to
stainless ones. I think they purchased from Hood Bomar Pompanette which
may have supplied the previous aluminum ones. I think that change took
place around 95 or 96. Mark Edwards is the guru and might know.

There’s probably some other differences but the use of the stainless
hatches and ports stand out because we had the same stainless ports and
hatches on our 39 that were installed by the original owner.
