I have replaced, with a little bit of glass work, the horozontal propane
tanks in my '84 F32 with a new 11# horozontal tank. I have tried to upload
pictures to the freedomyachts pictures site but it seems that it is full.
Am I doing something wrong? Does the system need to be cleared of outdated
photos to allow for new ones?

Try one of the big LPG outfits like AmeriGas, or the like. They have a good handle on all the applicable NFPA reg’s, and should be able to help you, or at least direct you to a source. It’s my understanding that they still use that type of tank on some of the smaller warehouse machines (lifts, etc.)
Also, you might want to recheck the capacity of the tank. On my 32 the tanks are around 1.5 gal, as I remember.
