I am rebuilding the traveler car on my F-25 since it started to bind up. To get
the car off, I
had to remove the last bolt on one end of the traveler rail. It looks to me like
there has
been water getting into the bolt hole. The side of the top washer in contact
with the cabin
top is black and there are water stains starting there. It could be from
condensation
though.
- how do I re-bed the bolt I have removed?
- should I pull the rest of the bolts and goop them too?
- do I need to remove the cabin-top spacer blocks to re-bed them?
- anything else I don’t know about?
