OK. Good. Practical Sailor and cross-reference the
recent article. Commercial ammonia and test a spot
first. Higher
pressure pressure washing. Will check that out in
order.

It may be something of the order of ‘Polycoat’. They have a cleaner/remover that
you are supposed to use before applying another coat. You may contact them to
see if they will sell the cleaner alone.
