Re: Map experiment test

Hi Max.

Map looks real good as you zoom in enough to separate indivdual boat locations.

Do you envision being able to see the F-21’s name if one clicks on the balloon?

Anyway, Here is my info::
Blue Raven
Hull # 295
Des Monies Marina,
Des Monies, WA
Lat: 47 degrees, 23’ 52" N
Long: 122 degrees, 19’ 39" W
Nick Marino

On your map - my boat should be on the water, just to the left of the “K” in the city of “Kent”.
I just went back to your current map and it appears my balloon is inland and south of the above.

THANKS for a great job Max.

P.S. Jake’s boat at Boston Harbor looks correct.

Hi All,I have a test page published that displays where Freedom 21 boats arelocated around the world. At this moment I only have two locations, but this is enough for you to see the map and to let me know if thisis what you all visualized. The location is http://www.freedom21.info/map.htm What would be useful for me is for you to send me your latitude andlongitude and your boat name to my email address to reduce the numberof trivial messages on the group. max (at) maxlent.com replace the atwith @.There are a number of ways to look up your latitude and longitude. Hi Nick,

We can add balloons of information about
each boat, but that takes more programming. I would like to do one thing at a
time to see how well it is accepted and how useful it becomes.

Happy New Year,

Max

There are a number of ways to look up your latitude and longitude. Go

Once we get this version of the map online we can discuss if more

Adapting and writing additional Java script code takes a while, so be
patient.
