One heck of a project.
The references to the discovery of previous shoddy repairs and the
quantity of those repairs make me wonder if Cayenne was a hurricane
damaged boat at one point. You run into a lot of poorly repaired
boats in the Gulf of Mexico. Guys buy the boats from the insurance
companies, do a quick patch, and resell them. I suppose it could
have just gone up on a reef at one point too.

All this talk of blisters is making me think that it’s best to stick
with hulls built after TPI went to vinylester resin.
