Rebedding Skylights

I have a Freedom 35 and am interest in any information on rebedding skylights in the main salon. What type of bedding compound should I use. The sealant there now is black in color. Also, the headliner is damaged from the leak and needs to be replaced. Do I need to take the grab rails off to get access to the screws that hold up the main panel?

Any help would be appreciated.

I believe the sealant in the Freedom 35 skylights is a black silicone from RTV. I believe you will need to remove the grab rails and the skylight and main hatch trim pieces before you can remove the damaged overhead panel. Good luck with your project. Mark Edwards
