Several weeks ago someone mentioned a supplier for the stained screws
that are used throughout the interior of our boats. Could that someone
do me a huge favor and repost the vendor. I can’t seem to find the
applicable message in the board archive. This time I’ll bookmark the
vendor.

Mike:

They are darkened stainless steel screws and are available from Chesapeake Marine Fasteners in Annapolis. (They are not an exact match, but they are the closest you will find without making your own.) They do mail order with a quite reasonable shipping charge. Their catalog lists the screws in boxes of 100, but they will sell you any number.
