Does anyone have a picture or explanation of the shaft coupling on
their 25 Freedom? I am trying to put a boat back together and can’t
figure out how the shaft hooks up to the gear box. My shaft has a hole
near the end of it where in goes into the transmission. I’m wondering
if you simple use a bolt through the output coupling that runs through
the shaft. But then that would be too simple. I have a 8 hp yanmar
if that’s any help.
