Last week I damaged part of my Strong Track system.
Here is my email to Tides Marine and their response (emphasis added at the end):

Last weekend in a bit of a breeze I reefed and managed to pull the batten receptacle out from the stud which stripped the female threads in the receptacle. Please tell me the cost, including shipping, of a replacement. I didn’t measure the size of the receptacle so please tell me the sizes of both receptacle and the prices of each so I can orderthe proper one. Thanks BillPS: I LOVE your product. Main goes up and comes down with ease.
Dear William,We only make 2 different sizes. The 200A which accepts flat battens to 1 5/8" wide and round up to 1/2" and the 200B which accepts flatten battens up to 2" and round to 3/4". On the flat part of the batten car, you should see where it says TIDESMARINE and 800 4200949 number under it. Just to the right of the number, is the part number and it should say either Part #200A or Part#200B. Physically, the 200A measures 2 3/4" across, so if it’s wider than that, it’s a 200B.Let me know which one it is and I’ll send you a free replacement.Best Regards,

Ain’t it great to deal with real people? I had a similar experience with Garhauer. I lost a piece of a block overboard and ordered a replacement, which they sent free.
