My F-21 had a West Marine part number 115550 ($165), 36" stainless
ladder. When I swung it up, I just tied it to the stern rail. I now
have a F-25, and am installing a folding ladder, part number 5497144
($104 on sale). It is foldable and removable and I think it would
work on the F-21 too.
