Spar is a great product. It can be DIY IF:
1. You can do the tricky cuts for the duct
2. You can do the exhaust routing and hole
3. You can do the tap to the diesel fuel.

Ours was done by a great mechanic because I felt I was not up to it. That boat is long gone and am now thinking about spar for the present F45.
Will likely do it myself as the duct is in place. Be sure to look at Webasco before making your decision.
