Anyone know where we can locate the rectangular FREEDOM logo? I have one (from 1992) that needs replacing. thought maybe someone who has refinished their cabin top/deck ight have located replacments. Thanks in advance. John

Well, one of mine now looks like this:
the other looks a bit worse after it got sideswiped with acetone…I’m posting this to make sure that this is the logo you want.
Anyhow, I just posted something to the Yahoo group that my wife (a graphic designer in a former life) is going to re-create them and get decals professionally printed for our boat.
I’m trying to get a count how many decals people want so we can figure out costs. (Per unit printing costs drop as quantities go up) We’ll probably be placing an order in a month or two, and we’ll get all the details ironed out before that.

Thanks Barry. Great that your wife would like to do that. I would like to buy four if she succeeds.
Perhaps tracking down the company that did them for Freedom Yachts would help her.

I have 2 original logos somewhere, I’ll see if I can find them before springtime.
I’ve gotten quite a few requests for these replacement decals, so I’ll be placing the order in the next week or so. Please, if you are thinking you’d like one, let me know soon. I may order a few extra, but I don’t have room aboard to store very many, so if you don’t speak up, you may be out of luck.
The outstanding question is whether I should leave off the line at the bottom (“Builder - Tillotson-Pearson, Inc.”). It was not included on all boats.
I’ve attached the artwork as it stands, but depending on the feedback, I may remove that line of small text and move “Freedom” down.
