Freedom 30 CK CB owner since 2019. During the Corona years I had the carbon fibre masts renovated, replaced the sails with single ply, loose laced sails and replaced the engine exhaust system and sea-water cooling and did some general renovation work, when travel restrictions between the EU and Britain and work permitted. Then I sailed the boat from Dorset (Portland) to South Denmark (Sønderborg). I planned to renovate the interior and decks, but the boat was unfortunately still in the water during a big storm and got damaged (here some shots of the boat https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CAwvtZvLQIo&t=133s). Apart from painting, the storm damage has been fixed and it is now back to renovating. At the moment, that means digging out wet balsa core and replacing portlights.
