Freedom 33 cat ketch needs rescuing from dissection

I am looking to purchase a Freedom 33 cat ketch and in my web wandering , I just came across a Freedom 33 CK in Punta Gorda, FL. I'm not in a position to do a full refit so I'm sharing the information in the hopes someone here, who might be interested, can give this forlorn F33 new life. They are such unique sailboats and rare on the market.

The owner is ready to sell her for parts if nobody takes her. Obviously she's a total refit job, electrical, woodwork, joinery, engine, etc but for around 2k including a dinghy and outboard, that leaves a mighty lot of wiggle room to get stuff done . And some people are capable of making up in sweat equity what they lack in funds up front .
