Here are 2 images that I generated for the purpose of having shirts and hats made. I've used http://www.queensboro.com to have these made, and you can upload an image to them and they have a program that will automatically convert it to stitching. You then pick the color of the stitching that you want to use on various parts. It's really cool and the shirts looked great.
The B&W image has a lot more detail and was used to generate the color image which was uploaded to Queensboro.

I uploaded a brochure of the F40 on the Yahoo Freedom board, it's got a nice detailed drawing of both the CC and AC versions of the F40.
