Two of the 40/40's at which I am looking either have or have had water intrusion problems. Is this more common for this boat that the 36/38. How many of you out there have had water problems.

Where are you seeing the problems? I had a problem in the anchor locker where the deck wasn't properly sealed to the hull way back in a very difficult to get to spot, but once that was sealed properly, I haven't had any other issues.
