Re: F32 Saloon Table??
When my wife and i owned the F32 the post was difficult to remove. once i had to remove the entire assembly and have a machine shop separate the base and post. after that i would, when i remembered to do it, squirt a bit of WD 40 around the base and it never seized again. needs to be done at least once a qtr. Enjoy the boat! we sure did.

Re: F32 Saloon Table??
I finally had to get medieval on mine. I removed the top from it’s mount then unscrewed the base from the floor. I tried WD40 a few times over a few weeks. No luck. Hung the whole thing from a sling and gave it a few whacks with a large mallet. It submitted on about the fifth whack. Once apart I sanded the insides of both mounting plates. Working like a charm now. I will wax the post later when things warm up a bit here.

Also, while I had it apart I also used a buffer wheel to remove the old scuffed finish from the mounting plates and resprayed them.
