here are the pictures. The mast has a stainless steel bracket with a half hole, which gets bolted down to the captive bolt embedded in the keel. The mast fits snugly over the top hat. The internal diameter of the CF mast is 125.8mm and this is the standard Tillotson Pearson mast. I hope this helps.
I guess it is possible the rubber boot was manufactured by whomever outfitted your boat to allow a standard aluminium mast profile to fit the F21 top hat. If all else fails, maybe a 3D printed boot could be made. What happened to the old one btw?
