It was suggested to me by someone in the know.
Sounds interesting especially as AllSpars here in the Solent are suggesting I put in another top halyard to act as a man hoist for repairs. My current sheaves at the mast head have failed and the only way to change them is to pull the mast. What advantages does the rig give on an unstayed mast?
