Sails look beautiful! And you don’t have to worry about sail slugs- sweet!

Re: Is this a G10 rig?
Biggest issue so far is what I used for "lacing". The top has a few section of 1-inch webbing. Not the best stuff - strong as heck but alot of friction on the mast. I did get parrels beads but got the wrong size. Will be replacing with larger beads and line.
Right now just figuring out the reefing lines. Currently have it as slab but considering changing to separate fore/aft lines. Too much friction as one line. Will have to get more clutches if I go that route. I also wish the 1st reef was at a different location in-relation to the wishbone chocker. Will play with that also. I have time. Motor is not leaving San Fran until maybe this coming week and who knows how long to get to AK...

Look gorgeous! Re lacing line, doesn't need to be very big, 6 mm is more than enough, and 6-8 loops around the mast would suffice.

May replace what I have with some 1/4" inch (6-mm) Dyneema... The bigger stuff does catch and jam.
The motor finally arrived in San Francisco and is going through customs. Hopefully it will show up here in a couple of weeks. Once the boat is back in the water I will take more pictures with the sails up.

Re: Is this a G10 rig?
Update to work... Retirement scheduled for 1 May 2023... Maybe then I will have some free time.
In the interim I have began to clear the decks, pulling the sails and running rigging in preparation for winter. We are getting out termination dust right now.
